Spo2 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use

Please read this document carefully before using spo2's services. By registering or using the platform, you agree to be bound by all terms set out below.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the spo2 platform via the website or mobile app, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and all related policies published by spo2.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must stop using the platform immediately. spo2 reserves the right to modify or update these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform after any changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
The spo2 platform is available only to individuals aged 18 and above who are based in Malaysia. By registering, you confirm that you meet both the age and location requirements.
2. Account Registration & Security
Account Creation
Each user is permitted to hold only one account on the spo2 platform. Registration requires an active Malaysian local phone number for identity verification. The information you provide during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. spo2 reserves the right to request additional verification at any time.
Account Security Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for keeping your password and login credentials confidential. All activity that occurs under your account — whether authorised or not — is your responsibility. If you suspect any unauthorised access, you are required to notify spo2 immediately through the provided support channels.
Spo2 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from a user's own negligence in safeguarding their login credentials.
3. User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
As a spo2 user, you agree to use this platform solely for lawful entertainment purposes and to comply with all applicable laws in Malaysia. The following are strictly prohibited:
- Using a false identity, a phone number that does not belong to you, or any inaccurate information when registering or using the platform.
- Opening more than one account, whether under your own name or someone else's.
- Using automated software, bots, or any unauthorised methods to exploit the platform's systems.
- Transferring account balances to a third party or using another person's account to conduct transactions.
- Taking any action intended to disrupt the platform's operations, security systems, or other users' experience.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any other criminal activity.
Spo2 reserves the right to investigate any activity suspected of violating these rules and to take appropriate action, including suspending or closing the account in question.
4. Payments, Transactions & Currency
All transactions on the spo2 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). No currency conversion is required for Malaysian users. Accepted deposit methods include online banking transfers, local e-wallets, and other payment options listed in the Deposit section of your account.
Deposit
All deposits are final once processed. spo2 is not responsible for any delays caused by third-party payment processors. If a deposit has not been credited within the expected timeframe, please contact customer support with proof of the transaction.
Withdrawal
Withdrawal requests are subject to the fulfilment of wagering requirements for any bonuses received, as well as the required identity verification procedures. spo2 reserves the right to request verification documents before processing any withdrawal. Processing times vary depending on the chosen payment method.
Spo2 reserves the right to hold or cancel any transaction suspected of involving fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these terms.
5. Liability Limits, Account Policies & Intellectual Property
Limitation of Liability
Spo2 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or punitive losses arising from the use of or inability to use this platform. This includes, but is not limited to, financial losses, service disruptions due to maintenance, technical failures, or events beyond spo2's reasonable control.
Account Suspension & Closure
Spo2 reserves the right to suspend or close any user's account without prior notice in the event of a terms violation, suspected fraudulent activity, use of multiple accounts, or for platform security reasons. Balances in accounts closed due to a terms breach may be frozen while an investigation is carried out.
Intellectual Property
All content on the spo2 platform — including logos, interface design, text, graphics, and software — is the exclusive property of spo2 and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, or exploit any part of the platform's content without prior written consent.
Third-Party Links
The spo2 platform may contain references or information about third-party services such as payment processors. spo2 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of such third-party services. Users are advised to review the respective third-party terms of service separately.
6. Changes to Terms & Governing Law
Changes to These Terms
Spo2 reserves the right to amend, update, or add to any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be published on this page along with the date of the update. It is the user's responsibility to review this page periodically to ensure ongoing compliance with the current terms.
Where significant changes are made that affect user rights, spo2 will endeavour to notify users through available channels such as in-platform notifications or registered email.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from the use of the spo2 platform shall first be resolved through internal dispute resolution procedures. If no resolution can be reached, the matter will be referred to the appropriate courts of jurisdiction in Malaysia.
